• Watchlist Data: Stock symbols and companies you choose to track
• Notification Preferences: Which types of filings you want alerts for
• Usage Data: App usage statistics, feature usage, crash reports
• Device Information: Device type, iOS version, push notification tokens

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide SEC filing alerts for companies you're watching
• Generate AI-powered analysis and insights
• Send push notifications about new filings
• Improve our AI models and service quality
• Fix bugs and improve app performance
• Communicate about service updates and features
• Process your subscription payments (handled by Apple)

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We respect your privacy. We do NOT collect:

• Your investment positions or portfolio holdings
• Trading activity or brokerage account information
• Financial account numbers or payment details (handled by Apple)
• Location data
• Contact lists or personal contacts

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with:

SEC Tracker is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
